About Limburg Immigrant Tree
Hello All, this family tree is not just about one family but about many Limburg families that immigrated to America in the 1860th.

Limburg is the most Southern province of the Netherlands squeezed in between Belgium and Germany. There were, and still are many contacts between the people from both sides of the borders as well as on the Belgium as on the German side.
Many Limburgers therefore are related to Belgium families as well as to German families that also immigrated to America, especially to Minnesota, in the 1860th. And in Minnesota those families met again and inter married often. So, there are many relationships that go back to the home country of a lot of these families.

For that reason I have set up this page, to share as much information as I can. Also to receive information from families who find a connection in this tree.

Please feel free to contact me with comments, information, suggestions, pictures and what ever ideas you can come up with!

Greetings,
 Irma
